             2017 Sewer Maintenance Rate Increase

The Sewer Maintenance rate has increased from $269 to $289 to improve system pump controls, provide sewer operating fund balance and to cover the increased cost of treatment of sewage usage. An aging system demands capital investments to prevent extreme rate increases due to system failures. Please keep in mind with this $20 rate increase, the Township still has one of the lowest sewer rates in Morris County.

Sewer Assessments

Sewer assessments for Sewer/Water are also billed annually, according to due date which is established by an Ordinance.
