SEEDLING GIVEAWAY


Mayor Michael Dachisen and the Rockaway Township Council are pleased to announce a seedling distribution at the McVeigh Recycling Yard on May 7th. Tree seedlings are provided by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection through the New Jersey Tree Recovery campaign. The New Jersey Tree Recovery Campaign works to replace trees lost through weather events, like superstorm Sandy. Seedlings will be made available from 9AM to 12PM at the Rockaway Township McVeigh Recycling yard (65 Mt. Hope Road, Rockaway NJ 07866) on May 7th, 2016. Any resident of New Jersey is eligible to receive seedlings; there is a limit of 5 per resident. Seedling species are unknown at this time, although the trees are to be climate appropriate.

Unlimited Sponsored memberships are available to all members in the eligible surrounding towns to offer to friends and family.
Just because you have a friend or family that does not live in the eligible surrounding towns does not mean they need to be excluded from joining in the summer fun with you at Frog Falls.
As long as you are a member you can sponsor other families in the full amount of $560.00 or a single membership in the amount of $450.00, and both memberships include parking.
This allows them to enjoy the park even if you cannot make it that day.
This is an exclusive membership for them to enjoy for the season.
Offer this to your family and friends before memberships sell out and they are left out in the heat!
