NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF PREQUALIFICATION REGULATIONS
NOTICE is hereby given that on January 24, 2017 at 7:30 PM at the Township of Rockaway Municipal Complex, 65 Mount Hope Road, Rockaway, New Jersey, the Township Council of the Township of Rockaway will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of prequalification regulations for general restoration contractors which will apply to the anticipated bid for the Restoration of the Ford-Faesch House West Wing. Any member of the public wishing to comment will be heard at that time. Copies of the proposed regulations are available for inspection at the Municipal Clerks Office at the Township of Rockaway starting January 3, 2017.
