All instructors must have experience teaching children swimming lessons. Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid and WSI certified individuals required.
The right instructor candidate must:
- be lifeguard certified and/or WSI certified or similar instructor certification
- must be available July through the end of August (lessons scheduled 9:00 AM thru 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday)
- must have experience with children
- open and energetic personality
- able to communicate effectively with parents/students
- good communication skills, punctual, and knowledgeable about swimming progression
