Hello Friends, The State of New jersey has changed the fees for Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Inspections. Therefore, in compliance with state statute, effective February 1, 2018 The Township of Rockaway will be charging the following for our inspections. $45.00 (10 or more days), $90.00 (5 to 9 days), $161.00 (4 or less days).
