Rockaway Township Mayor Michael Puzio & Rockaway Township announces the opening of a Food Pantry for Federal Employees.
In an effort to provide assistance to government workers affected by the partial shutdown of the federal government, Rockaway Township has opened a food pantry. Federal employees residing in Rockaway Township may visit the food pantry at the Township Department of Community Services, located at 65 Mt. Hope Road, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm.
If you would like to donate food items to benefit the Township’s furloughed federal employees, please visit the Rockaway Township Municipal Building lobby, 65 Mt. Hope Road, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm, or whenever the building is otherwise open for a public meeting or event. Items will be accepted through February 15.
