TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Rockaway will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 7:30 PM on the proposed Township of Rockaway 2019 Reexamination Report of the Master Plan. It has been prepared in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL) per NJSA 40:55D-89. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 65 Mount Hope Road, Rockaway Township, NJ.
Copies of the proposed Township of Rockaway 2019 Reexamination Report of the Master Plan are on file in the Office of the Planning Department in the Municipal Building and are available for inspection Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm as set forth in NJS 40-55-10b. Any interested party may appear at said meeting and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board. Formal action may be taken.
