Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rockaway Township Day has been cancelled for 2020. We hope to be back in 2021. Rockaway Township day in 2019 was a spectacular success due to the number of people who supported the event, but that number of people would violate state guidelines on large public gatherings. Our goal with Rockaway Township day is to bring the community together; to meet current state guidelines and keep the event safe and attendants healthy, the event would have had to make changes that would be wildly different than last year. We’re truly sorry to have to make this decision, as we know many in the community were looking forward to the event.
