Morris Habitat for Humanity (MHfH) has a home repair and modification program; Aging in Place to help seniors (62+) stay in their homes. The vast majority of seniors want to stay in their homes, where it’s proven that they are happier and healthier. Some of the services that we offer include; repairs, safety and accessibility improvements, correcting code violations, and energy efficiency improvements. This program is available for homeowners 62 and older with moderate incomes living in Morris County. We also offer other home repair programs for low/moderate income homeowners that might need home repair assistance.
