With the recent extreme COLD temperatures, it is important that homeowners take extra precaution to protect their water pipes from freezing and causing damage to the home.

Please keep closet and cabinet doors open to allow heat into areas and around water pipes both hot & cold. Run water often or keep a faucet very slowly running to prevent pipes from freezing underground.

Please use UL approved heat trace tape.

If you have frozen pipes use a blow dryer or electric heater to help thaw the frozen pipe.

NEVER USE OPEN FLAME or TORCHES.

Please google the web for additional ideas on helping to prevent your pipes from freezing
