NOTICE From JCP&L
Lane Closures East Blackwell St.
Week of June 25, 9 am - 4 pm
East Blackwell St. will have alternating lane closures during the week of June 25, 2018 while JCP&L and its contractors install monitoring wells and piezometers in the roadway. The work will require closing one lane at a time from 9 am - 4 pm JCP&L has been in contact with officials and police for the Town of Dover and Rockaway Township as well as Morris County to coordinate the work. Police may direct vehicles to nearby streets while the lanes are closed.
The work is part of the remediation of the Dover former Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP) site at Carrel Street near East Blackwell Street.
