On Tuesdays, enjoy Yoga with instructor Peggy Clark. Yoga is broken into two levels to accommodate differently skilled individuals and the session includes 8 weekly classes.
Level 1- 10:00-10:45AM; Chair yoga, includes stretching, basic postures, breathing & meditations.
Level 2- 11:00-11:45AM; Includes Yoga 1 plus low-impact aerobic exercises.
On Fridays join “Healthy Bones” from 10:00AM – 12:00PM. Healthy Bones is focused on osteoporosis prevention, and includes low-impact exercise program to maintain muscle strength, increase joint flexibility and range of motion while improving overall stamina
