PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, notice is hereby given that the Rockaway Township Board of Assessment Commissioners will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. The meeting will be held in the Municipal Building, 65 Mt. Hope Road, Rockaway Township at 7:30 p.m. to address the imposition of assessments concerning what is commonly referred to as the Bowlbyville Sewer Project. Formal action may be taken.
