Please be advised starting on September 30, 2020 dam construction and lake dredging will commence at Park Lake and continue until late Spring 2021. Please note that during this time the path will be inaccessible from the beach area continuing to the other side of the unimproved parking lot on Lakeside Drive. The parking lot will also not be accessible during this time. Other areas of the path will be temporarily closed for limited times as work progresses toward the docks located on Academy Street. Signage and fencing will notify patrons of areas closed and advance notice will be given prior to new construction areas. Please understand that patrons will not be able complete the "full loop" during this time, and we are strongly recommending the wearing of face masks while also maintaining social distance guidelines. The safety of our residents and construction crews are priority, and we will make every effort to notify of any updates to this critical project. We appreciate your patience and look forward to having the path area completely opened again.
