Rockaway Township’s Municipal Building and Department of Public Works will be closed to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during normal business hours (8:30am – 4:30pm for Municipal Building, 7:30am – 3:30pm for Department of Public Works) until further notice
Starting Tuesday September 8th, Rockaway Township’s Municipal Building and Department of Public Works will be open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Staff will be present every day to continue municipal services, and will answer questions and concerns from the public via telephone and email.
Residents that are looking to apply for a marriage license should call the Clerk/Registrar’s office at 973-983-2834 to schedule an appointment.
- Masks are required.
- Practice social or physical distancing, staying at least 6 feet from other people who are not from your household.
- Visitors must complete an appointment screening instrument located in entryway prior to meeting with Township employees.
- Please provide your completed appointment screening instrument to Township employee.
