Residents are advised that the Rockaway Township Division of Health, Department of Community Services, performs an annual Dog and Cat Licensing Census. As such, representatives from Rockaway Township spend each summer visiting homes throughout the community to assess whether any unlicensed cats and/or dogs are maintained by residents. Representatives performing this task are furnished with Rockaway Township identification badges and correspondence signed by our health officer, Peter Tabbot.
