29. Prior to Final Inspection Request, Please Confirm the Following Items Are Completed:

    1. All required engineering inspections.
    2. Final grading is per plan and swales are properly defined on high side of house. 2% minimum and 3:1 maximum lawn grades 5% minimum away from house first 10 feet.
    3. Topsoil, fertilizer, seed and straw/hay mulch has been placed on all disturbed areas.
    4. Driveway is paved. Guide rail may be required.
    5. Front walk path is constructed.
    6. No drainage flow towards adjacent homes. Swale along property line if needed.
    7. House number is posted.
    8. All retaining walls are per plan location and detail. Certification may be required.
    9. No building material or debris on property.
    10. Remove temporary electric pole and equipment.
    11. Sight distance is clear at driveway.
    12. No pipe discharges at street or driveway.
